Artisan and Antiques Products: The yarn-dyed fabrics and embroidered cloths offered by have been culled and collected from French flea markets and Parisian street stalls. The items in Family Linens Creations are repaired, reworked, and reassembled into novel bedding. The items in the other three categories are sold as is. Part of the charm of our textile finds lies in their mended patches, pin holes, and imperfections. Each piece is unique and therefore imperfect.

Product Availability: Each item for sale at is unique. When we have multiples in stock, it is indicated on the Order List. We will advise you immediately should the item chosen be sold. Don't hesitate to if you have questions concerning the availability of a particular item.

Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Each item in our web store is unique. You will be informed immediately by email or fax if the item you have chosen has already been purchased. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). There is a 5 percent surcharge on "rush" orders. We can accept orders for delivery to international addresses outside the United States, but a follow-up fax and email will be sent informing you of the extra charge for shipping and handling before the purchase is confirmed.

Insurance: All items are insured against damage. Claims must be made to Family Linens within 7 days of receiving the items and should be documented with photographs. In some cases, your insurance claim may be subject to inspection. Therefore, keep the packaging and merchandise in its original condition as best as possible.
